A letter from Jen

Dear friend,

Do you want to achieve career success, live a fully engaged life, and embrace rest?

Right now, you may be so tired that the thought of adding one more thing to your plate gives you a headache. Or, you may be the go-to person who always says yes to others, then comes home to a house that feels like one big chore. You may find yourself snapping at loved ones and wondering who is going to fill your cup. The pandemic threw life into a tailspin and you haven’t fully recovered. You’re depleted. And secretly a little sad.

I’ve been there. Working two jobs to make ends meet then doing a long haul commute while raising a family. Until the day that chronic illness, burnout, and a toxic work environment brought it all to a grinding halt. I knew there was a better way so I found it and started sharing what I learned.

As a wayshower, I am your guide to achieving harmony and success. I combine traditional coaching methods with productivity techniques and wellness habits. I will help you recover from burnout or plan your exit strategy from a job you loathe while learning how to self-resource and self-regulate your emotions.

I promise to create a brave and safe space for you to be seen, heard, and honored for the unique and valuable light that you are.

With love,

Jen

My favorite quote

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking, so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

  • I started working with Jen because I needed strategies amid the chaos to stay out of my own way. When I am building my career and business, I sometimes find myself doubting, and working harder, instead of stopping to care for me and find peace in the moment. Jen is my strategic partner to the real path to success - the one where I not only build, but I also create space and time to recharge. When I stop to do that, I am so much better in business and life.
